Greg Zeeman – Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Zeeman serves as CEO and oversees all aspects of Main Street Renewal’s business – including property acquisition, asset management, and property management. He is responsible for leading a business that brings together Main Street’s state of the art technology, data and analytics platforms with a world-class fully integrated operating platform to deliver sustained value to our investors and our tenants. Mr. Zeeman has over 20 years of financial services and operations experience, including prime and non-prime consumer and mortgage lending servicing, real estate portfolio management, information technology strategy, and consumer finance sales operations. He most recently served as the Chief Operating Officer of HSBC US – where he led the US Bank’s $1B cost reduction and regulatory control transformation program. In his 15 year career at HSBC, Mr. Zeeman served in various management, strategic leadership and business development roles – – including Deputy CEO for HSBC Singapore, Chief Servicing Officer for Consumer & Mortgage Lending, EVP for Mortgage Sales and EVP for Credit Card Operations. Previously, Mr. Zeeman was with Boston Consulting Group and Deloitte Consulting, providing a range of consulting services in financial services, consumer goods and eCommerce. Mr. Zeeman has a BA in Economics and Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Richard Magel – Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Magel has over 25 years of experience in mortgage banking and has managed all aspects of mortgage banking including originations, servicing, and secondary marketing. His prior experience includes SVP of Executive Administration for Lomas Mortgage USA, President of Winstar Mortgage Partners, and 11 years with Guaranty Residential Lending as Chief Operating Officer. His accomplishments include operating a $10 billion a year origination and 100,000 loan servicing platform, extensive M&A experience, development of several asset or investment M&A structures, and management of multiple conduits and operational platforms. Mr. Magel received his BS from the School of Communications at The University of Texas in Austin, Texas.
Clay Hobbs – Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Hobbs is responsible for directing Main Street’s financial organization including accounting, treasury, financial planning & analysis and investor relations. He also plays a key role in developing the overall corporate strategy. Most recently, Clay was the President of GCR Tires, a commercial retail and service division of Bridgestone Americas. He held previous executive and financial positions including Executive Finance Director – Bridgestone’s Commercial Integrated Tire Division, CEO of GoldStar EMS, Vice President of Operations for HealthStream, and President and CFO of DigiScript. Mr. Hobbs is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a BBA in Accounting and Finance from Freed-Hardeman University. He is also a graduate of General Electric’s, Welch Leadership Development Center.
Keith Ramsden – Chief Investment Officer
Mr. Ramsden has over 20 years of experience in the residential space working for many large investment banks including Merrill Lynch, Kidder Peabody, and Paine Webber. Throughout his career Keith has managed various asset types including loans, RMBS, real estate financing, and private equity investments. Most recently, Keith was the Residential Portfolio Manager for Five Mile Capital Partners where he was responsible for the oversight of more than $250MM portfolio of residential loans and non-agency securities. He earned a CPA while working at Deloitte and has an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh.
Jeff Franks – Chief Technology Officer
Mr. Franks serves as Chief Technology Officer responsible for the technical design of software architecture, processes, and reporting functions for property acquisitions and life cycle management, tenant fulfillment, and market research using scalable, institutional practices to execute investment strategies. Mr. Franks joined Main Street Renewal after serving on the business development team at Amherst Holdings, LLC responsible for developing industry leading data, analytics and software systems specifically for mortgage-related securities.
Ryan O’Toole – Chief of Risk, Development & Administration
Mr. O’Toole is seasoned business executive with expertise in both strategy and operations across multiple industries. His prior experience includes Principal at The Boston Consulting Group, founder of two successful start-up businesses and operating roles at the Black & Decker Corporation. He has formulated growth strategies, actively directed new business, operational improvement and integration initiatives, and led day to day operations in Fortune 500 organizations. Mr. O’Toole has an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management, a MS in Engineering from Northwestern University and a BE in Biomedical Engineering from Vanderbilt University.
